HR Support and Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Support and Operations Specialist to join our team at Shurmed Ems LLC. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the HR department's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of HR processes while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
About the Position- This position assists in various tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee record maintenance, query handling, event organization, document preparation, training coordination, performance management, and staying up-to-date with the latest HR trends.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and demonstrate a keen understanding of HR principles and practices.
This position is responsible for:
- Supporting the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
- Maintaining and updating employee records (physical and digital) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handling employee queries related to HR matters such as benefits, leaves, and company policies.
- Assisting in organizing and scheduling company events, training sessions, and meetings.
- Preparing HR documents like employment contracts, new hire guides, and company policies.
- Coordinating and facilitating training and development programs for employees.
- Supporting performance management procedures, including assisting in the preparation of performance review forms.
- Staying current with the latest HR trends and best practices to ensure the company's HR processes remain effective.
- Serving as a liaison between employees and insurance providers.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR support or a related role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum.
