Responsibilities:

  • Compliance & Safety: Develop, implement, and audit HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and OSHA safety standards.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Manage payroll operations, HR systems, and address payroll queries.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

  • An estimated annual salary range of $62,000 - $72,000 based on location and experience
