Strategic HR Leader for Global Operations

Extremity Care is a leading organization in the industry, seeking a highly skilled Director of Human Resources to join our team. Our mission is to provide exceptional care to our patients and customers while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute HR Strategies: Collaborate with the Vice President of Human Resources to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a positive work environment.
- Standardize HR Policies and Procedures: Design and implement global shared services models to standardize HR policies and procedures across all subsidiaries.
- Manage Human Resource Programs: Oversee the administration of human resource programs, including policy design and compliance, compensation, payroll, benefits administration, employee and labor relations, performance and talent management, and employee retention.
- Optimize HRIS Platform: Provide strategic leadership for global HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational standards.
- Establish HR Metrics: Establish and monitor HR metrics and provide regular reporting on workforce trends, compliance, and performance.
- Skill Development: Support current and future business needs by developing strategies for employee engagement, retention, and leadership development.
- Training and Onboarding: Oversee onboarding and training processes to ensure consistent employee experience across all subsidiaries.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- Experience: At least 5-10 years of experience in human resources with progressive management responsibilities/experience highly preferred.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent highly preferred.
- Clearance: Clearance of favorable background investigation required.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
