As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, your role will involve supporting clawOS by collaborating directly with clients, the PanelClaw sales team, application engineers, technical designers, and the Product Owner, along with both in-house and external software developers to troubleshoot intricate technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in test planning, design, and estimation
  • Assist in requirement analysis and preparation for test execution
  • Conduct software testing
  • Implement manual functional and regression testing
  • Carry out testing tasks assigned by test leads or managers
  • Collaborate effectively with the development team, maintaining composure under pressure
  • Document and track defects
  • Identify, record, document, and monitor bugs until resolution
  • Perform regular Quality Assurance (QA) tasks, including direct support to developers, validating release candidates through various testing phases, and communicating findings to stakeholders promptly
  • Help maintain software-related resources (e.g., clawOS assets/data, internal templates, helper tools, block libraries, etc.)
  • Contribute to the upkeep of customer service documentation, training materials, FAQs, etc.
  • Maintain historical records by documenting hardware and software modifications
  • Ensure client confidentiality and protect operations by safeguarding sensitive information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field (preferably in technical design or software development)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in formal system and functional software testing within a software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Proficient in reviewing documentation and assessing processes and work products against quality standards
  • Skilled in analyzing and interpreting requirements to comprehend system/software functionality
  • Familiarity with formal software testing methodologies and concepts
  • Understanding of commercial building codes and standards
  • At least 1 year of experience with AutoCAD
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong project and personnel management capabilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Self-motivated, quick learner
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities; adept at multitasking in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong technical presentation capabilities

We offer competitive compensation based on individual experience, skills, education, and location. The anticipated base salary for this role is between $60,000 and $70,000, contingent upon the Massachusetts market. In addition to the base salary, Enstall employees may qualify for an annual bonus or commission, depending on their role.
