  • Lead a thorough problem-solving initiative, which includes trend analysis, root cause examination, and the application of corrective and preventive measures utilizing Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing product processes to improve reliability and manufacturability, undertaking complex engineering tasks as necessary.
  • Promote and contribute to process enhancements in the production facility by utilizing performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Skilled in technical analysis and problem resolution.
  • Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance techniques, tools, and manufacturing practices.
