Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at PanelClaw. As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Planning and Execution: Participate in test planning, designing, and estimation to ensure that our software products meet the required quality standards.
  • Requirements Analysis: Assist with analyzing requirements and preparing for test execution to ensure that our software products meet the customer's needs.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform testing, execute manual functional and regression tests, and report and track defects to ensure that our software products are of high quality.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the development team, communicate with stakeholders, and provide regular updates on the status of our software products.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of our software products, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including black box, white box, and gray box testing. Proficiency in testing tools and techniques, including test automation frameworks and agile testing methodologies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
