Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of plant maintenance, grounds-keeping, equipment servicing, material handling, and trades helper duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades personnel, such as electricians, carpenters, and pipe fitters, in the performance of their activities.
- Service and maintain equipment through cleaning and minor repairs.
- Transport materials within the plant to required locations.
- Paint both internal and external structures as needed.
Requirements
- Must have own trade-related tools to perform required tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
