ATI is currently seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Manager to become part of our Specialty Rolled Products division.

This role is pivotal in diagnosing and resolving technical issues while ensuring that electrical systems, facilities, and utilities are maintained at peak efficiency to support production objectives.

To thrive in this position and make an immediate impact, you will need to quickly familiarize yourself with ATI's operations, processes, and corporate culture. Collaboration with diverse teams, including unionized staff, engineering, quality assurance, and safety, is essential. A keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make swift, impactful decisions, along with outstanding interpersonal abilities, are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple maintenance operations to ensure the continuous upkeep of industrial manufacturing equipment and facilities, available 24/7.
  • Lead a team by training, mentoring, and scheduling daily tasks to execute preventive maintenance and prioritize urgent repairs based on a critical equipment list.
  • Document equipment downtime, conduct failure analysis, and maintain compliance with PSM and Title V regulations.
  • Ensure all team members complete required safety training and adhere to all regulatory and company policies.
  • Supervise preventive maintenance of valves and monitoring systems.
  • Manage the calibration and monitoring of temperature control systems, thermocouples, vacuum instruments, pH probes, and pressure gauges.
Basic Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintaining electrical equipment and instrumentation within an industrial or military setting.
  • Background in Electrical and/or Instrumentation (State Electrical License preferred).
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience, formal or informal.

Preferred Skills

  • Associate's degree in Engineering or a related maintenance field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience supervising unionized employees.
  • Understanding of quality documentation for calibration and testing of instrumentation.
  • Knowledge of P&ID loops and associated symbols.
