About the Role:

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to partner with our Product Management, IT/Operations, and Business teams. The successful candidate will support and ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of software product features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Technology Product Management, Architecture, RTE, and Offer Strategy & Solutions function on solution definition
• Develop the technical and functional understanding to promote and facilitate the product vision & strategy with all stakeholders
• Drive the preparation of solution framework in partnership with Platform architect post requirement definition and achieve stakeholder buy-in
• Create functional and technical user stories which are in-line with requirement and solution finalized

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in IT industry with Business Analyst/Product Owner experience
• Good communication and team player skills
• Agile SDLC Methodology, and familiar with JIRA/Rally tools
• Experience as a business analyst writing features and stories for development teams
• Backlog management & prioritization
• Be able to read Java code
• REST API knowledge
• Familiar with Swagger, Postman

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in Software Engineering/Software Developer roles
• Experience working in a micro-services architecture with cloud technology
• Knowledge in Database
• Project management experience
