Key Responsibilities:
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a proactive, organized, and quality-focused manager. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing a team of maintenance technicians.
- Managing a computer-based work-order system and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Maintaining positive relationships with homeowners and residents through efficient service delivery.
- Expanding the maintenance operation to meet leadership goals.
- Coordinating daily schedules and resource allocation for crew members.
- Preparing estimates and proposals for maintenance projects.
- Tracking job information and managing time sheets and expense reports.
- Adhering to budgetary constraints for maintenance activities.
- Procurement of maintenance supplies and materials.
- Conducting regular inspections of grounds and facilities.
- Performing additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience.
- Prior experience in property management is highly desirable.
- Previous supervisory or management experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the Homeowner Association Management industry is a plus.
- Proficient in English; Spanish language skills are advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safe handling of tools and materials.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 per year, commensurate with education and experience.
