We are in search of a Quality Assurance Engineer to enhance our team. The engineer will be tasked with evaluating both new and existing functionalities.

You will face continuous challenges to learn and innovate while delivering solutions that will transform law enforcement and corporate security entities worldwide.

Job Type:
Full-time, Exempt

Responsibilities & Duties:
Conduct testing, verification, and validation of the application, including crafting test plans to ensure successful deployment of updates (sprint team work)

Develop, update, and maintain automated tests to thoroughly validate new and existing software features (automation team work)

Collaborate closely with the engineering team - including performing in-depth analyses of complex functionalities - to ensure quality and reliability

Continuously enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing by improving testing tools and methodologies.

Independently gather and analyze data for process enhancements

Manage your tasks using Gitlab, Jira, and our automated CI/CD pipelines

Engage in an Agile and highly collaborative work environment

Requirements

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Preferred)

Required Skills:
Comprehensive understanding of test design, planning, and addressing test automation challenges

Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on quality of deliverables

Self-motivated individual capable of identifying issues, researching solutions, and presenting them to the team for implementation

Ability to collaborate effectively with a small, agile, highly skilled team

Strong grasp of Agile principles and concepts

Experience with JavaScript and Java (Preferred)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) (Preferred)

Experience with Linux (Preferred)

Proficiency in JavaScript-based test automation frameworks, such as Cypress, Jest, Selenium - 2 years of professional experience

Experience in testing no-code configurable SaaS products (Preferred)

Desired Skills:
Experience with X-ray or Zephyr test management plugin for Jira

Proficiency in Postman

Required Experience:
2-5 years of experience in software development testing
