Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Williamson Health. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our unit leaders with HR expertise, including performance coaching and accountability.

Williamson Health is a comprehensive healthcare system based in Williamson County, Tennessee. We offer a wide range of medical services, including in-patient and out-patient care, and have over 860 providers representing over 65 medical specialties and sub-specialties.

Responsibilities
  • Provide HR expertise and support to unit leaders, including performance coaching and accountability
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, including departmental partners and employees
  • Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes and services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; or Associates degree with relevant experience and certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive healthcare HR experience
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and employee relations processes
  • High level of proficiency using systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship/team-building skills
