- Contribute to the formulation of standards and strategies for business analysis and other functional areas.
- Resolve issues that impact multiple areas, applying in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data management, and program management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner and influence across organizational lines.
- Proven ability to use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
