Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate EmPATH Master's Level Coordinator to join our team at the Helen Ross McNabb Center. As a key member of our crisis intervention team, you will play a vital role in providing short-term treatment and stabilization services to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, including reports, scheduling, and training
  • Supervise designated employees and provide clinical direction
  • Conduct face-to-face crisis assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Facilitate referrals and link clients with needed services
  • Ensure clinically appropriate activities are occurring on the unit
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a health-related field, such as counseling, psychology, or social work
  • Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or co-occurring diagnoses
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Certification in verbal de-escalation techniques
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
