We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate EmPATH Master's Level Coordinator to join our team at the Helen Ross McNabb Center. As a key member of our crisis intervention team, you will play a vital role in providing short-term treatment and stabilization services to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support, including reports, scheduling, and training
- Supervise designated employees and provide clinical direction
- Conduct face-to-face crisis assessments and develop treatment plans
- Facilitate referrals and link clients with needed services
- Ensure clinically appropriate activities are occurring on the unit
- Masters degree in a health-related field, such as counseling, psychology, or social work
- Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or co-occurring diagnoses
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Certification in verbal de-escalation techniques
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
