Position Title: Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO)

Role Overview:
At Nightwing, we are dedicated to safeguarding our nation's security through innovative technology and engineering excellence. We are currently seeking a motivated Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
As an ISSO, you will:
1. Ensure compliance with security regulations and policies.
2. Conduct audits and assessments of information systems.
3. Develop and implement security plans and training programs.
4. Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
5. Collaborate with security teams and program staff to maintain a secure environment.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- A minimum of two years of experience in cybersecurity or systems security.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NISPOM, RMF, and others.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in classified environments.
- Knowledge of incident response and management.
- A current U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.
