Position Title: Educational Assessment Coordinator - Career and General Education (Part-Time, Grant Funded)

Key Responsibilities:
As an Educational Assessment Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support for:
1. Career and Technical Education (CTE) and General Education (GE) course assessment and accreditation.
2. Professional administrative assistance to the Director of Student Learning Assessment.

Your role will involve:
- Assisting in the collection and analysis of educational data to support assessment activities at various levels.
- Maintaining up-to-date learning assessment documentation, including digital platforms.
- Monitoring and tracking assessment and accreditation activities, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Supporting additional assessment and accreditation initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
- Education: A minimum of two years of college education or equivalent professional experience is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of office experience is essential, with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, while experience in an educational setting is preferred.

Work Environment:
This position is situated in a pleasant office setting equipped with standard office technology. The role demands the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various departments and external organizations.

Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, requiring 20-27 hours per week.
