Job Opportunity

R&D Partners is seeking a highly skilled Associate Scientist - Biology to join our team in Foster City, CA.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and analyze in vitro and in vivo immunological assays to support drug candidate projects

• Evaluate new technologies and develop new assays to accelerate early-stage discovery activities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with colleagues in oncology, protein engineering, chemistry, and translational medicine groups

• Present research findings and recommendations to senior staff

Requirements:

• Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in immunology, immuno-oncology, cell biology, molecular biology, or biochemistry

• Direct experience in research drug discovery and target identification/validation in oncology or immuno-oncology is highly desirable

• Experience in conducting and optimizing cell-based assays, as well as performing studies to assess immune responses in human and animal models

• Hands-on experience in general molecular and cell biology methods, including mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, western blot, ELISA/Luminex/MSD, and CRISPR technology
