Overview

The Center for Conflict Resolution is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging and interactive training programs for diverse client groups
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content
  • Provide exceptional facilitation and coaching to participants to ensure maximum learning and skill development
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze training program effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in conflict resolution and training

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and facilitation, preferably in conflict resolution or a related field
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency with MS Office software, Google Suite, and Zoom
