Job Opportunity

Peer Health Exchange, Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Community Partnerships team as a Health Facilitator Fellow. This part-time role will involve facilitating and supporting the implementation of our health curriculum to high school students in Chicago, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate health education workshops to high school students
  • Collaborate with community engagement team to develop relationships with high school teachers
  • Manage teaching schedules and data systems to support program implementation

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Strong passion for engaging with high school-aged students
  • 1-3 years of experience in task or project management
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and strong relationship building skills
