About the Role

The successful candidate will provide critical support to Critical Care departments at Sinai Hospital, including ICU, CICU, OHSD, and Cardiac services. As a Nurse Quality Improvement Specialist, you will work closely with nurses and patients to improve quality care outcomes within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate evidence-based practice implementation across Critical Care departments.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to elevate professional practice and ensure seamless patient care.
  • Apply a data-driven approach to lead sustainable change and transform healthcare delivery.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree.
  • 5-7 years of relevant RN experience, preferably in critical care.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) License.
