Job Summary

This is a part-time position as a Clinical Outcomes Specialist at LifeBridge Health, scheduled for 24 hours a week. The ideal candidate will be a Master's or Doctoral prepared Registered Nurse with experience in acute care and a passion for improving quality care outcomes.

About the Role

The Clinical Outcomes Specialist will work within the Department of Clinical Excellence to facilitate evidence-based practice implementation, positively influencing nursing care delivery. Using a data-driven approach, the specialist will lead sustainable change to elevate nursing professional practice and ensure seamless, quality patient care across the continuum.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required; MSN with Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification preferred, or eligibility to sit for CNS exam.
  • 5-7 years of relevant acute care experience
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • Registered Nurse (RN) License required
Salary and Benefits
