Job Description

The Clinical Outcomes Specialist plays a critical role in improving quality care outcomes within our healthcare organization. As a masters-prepared Registered Nurse, this professional will serve as a resource to nurses and patients, facilitating evidence-based practice implementation and positively influencing nursing care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, quality patient care across the continuum
  • Lead sustainable change initiatives to elevate nursing professional practice
  • Apply influence across the three spheres of patient/family, staff, and system to transform healthcare delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required
  • 5-7 years of relevant acute care experience
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Registered Nurse (RN) License required
