Clinical Outcomes Specialist - Critical Care

About the Role:

The Clinical Outcomes Specialist/Clinical Nurse Specialist will provide support to the Critical Care departments at LifeBridge Health, including ICU, CICU, OHSD and Cardiac services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide resource support to nurses and patients to improve quality care outcomes within the healthcare organization.
  • Facilitate evidence-based practice implementation, positively influencing nursing care delivery.
  • Lead sustainable change to elevate nursing professional practice and ensure seamless, quality patient care across the continuum.

Requirements:

  • Masters' or Doctoral prepared Registered Nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required; MSN with Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification preferred, or eligibility to sit for CNS exam.
  • 5-7 years of relevant RN experience required; critical care experience highly preferred.
  • American Heart Association BLS.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
