Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Nurse to join our team at Global Channel Management, Inc. As a Clinical Research Nurse, you will play a critical role in the recruitment and screening of subjects for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contribute to study-specific recruitment strategies to reach relevant target groups.
  • Assist in maintaining metrics pertaining to each recruitment vendor.
  • Communicate protocol requirements to study subjects and patients calling to inquire about specific studies.
  • Write and update recruitment-related documents for subject use as appropriate.
  • SUCCESSFULLY MANAGE RELATIONSHIPS WITH RECRUITMENT VOLUNTEERS.
  • Manage subject phone calls, including scheduling/rescheduling of appointments.
  • Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to ensure the required number of subjects are identified to fill individual studies.
Project Coordination
  • Support the Recruitment Nurse Manager in the ongoing maintenance of contracts and budgets for ongoing marketing/advertising recruitment needs.
  • MANAGE RELATIONSHIPS WITH RECRUITMENT VENDORS.
  • Track vendor-specific metrics from sources of advertising.
  • Stay abreast of individual projects altering recruitment strategies when needed.
  • Develop study-specific and general ads.
  • Coordinate and manage ad placement in various venues (social media, newspaper).
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with 3-5 years of experience in subject/patient recruitment for clinical trials.
  • Familiarity with individual protocol/consent details.
  • Ability to communicate the purpose of the study and eligibility requirements to study volunteers.
  • Proficiency in using the subject database to maintain confidential subject information.
  • Query database for certain subject populations; subject matter expert in utilizing queries to contact volunteers (letters, emails) as potential study screening subjects.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
