Clinical Research Unit Lab Specialist

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in medical technology and MT or MLT (ASCP) certification. A bachelor's degree is preferred. With minimum one year of laboratory experience performing clinical chemistry, hematology, immunoassay, coagulation, and/or urine analyses, the successful candidate will be able to work independently but also enjoy collaborating with colleagues.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ability to work beyond normal hours and weekend availability is necessary. If you are looking for a challenging and dynamic work environment, apply now.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and special clinical laboratory testing using automated, semi-automated, and manual methods.
- Develop skills in new methods, instruments, and technologies implemented.
- Maintain quality control and calibration data.
- Prepare and check reagents and supplies.
- Perform required routine maintenance of laboratory instruments.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in medical technology.
- MT or MLT (ASCP) certification.
- Minimum one year of laboratory experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
