Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Yale New Haven Health. As a leader in oncology care, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient-centered care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
About the Role- As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes.
- You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical and emotional status to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement evidence-based care plans that meet individual patients' needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
- Minimum 18 months of experience in acute care or oncology settings.
Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
