Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Execution
    • Support lead project managers in setting up online ticketing pages, managing lists and RSVPs, researching and securing event spaces, and facilitating paperwork.
    • Provide on-site logistical support for lead event planners, including managing shipping and couriers, coordinating event setup, and managing guest registration.
  • Event Research and Coordination
    • Conduct extensive off-campus venue research and scheduling.
    • Maintain venue, vendor, and asset lists and libraries.
  • Event Materials and Supplies
    • Research, order, and manage branded promotional and event merchandise, as well as event supplies.
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist the Executive Director with scheduling, meeting preparation, expense reimbursements, and other administrative duties.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience.
  • Relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent technical and digital capabilities, including proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
