Job Summary

The Client Account Support Lead Analyst is a key role within our Pharmacy Benefits Management team, responsible for providing intermediate-level support to clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain ownership of assigned service requests, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Meet all service standards to ensure client satisfaction, including handling work stream-specific assignments of a progressively more complex nature.
  • Independently identify and resolve issues when possible, escalating as needed to ensure seamless client support.
  • Participate in special projects, tasks, and initiatives as assigned to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred and/or Master's degree a plus.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience within the pharmacy benefits management industry required.
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office products, email, and the Internet required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adjust communication content and style to internal audiences preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare and pharmacy benefits management industries preferred.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency preferred.
