Total Spectrum Care is seeking a Lead Behavior Analyst to join our dedicated team in delivering exceptional, evidence-based ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism.

As a Lead Behavior Analyst, you will possess advanced knowledge in behavioral treatment and be on the path to obtaining your certification, licensure, and credentials.

You will implement treatment protocols using best practices in ABA under the guidance of a senior behavior analyst, showcasing your independence and technical expertise.

Additionally, you will support behavior analysts in overseeing cases and modifying protocols while gaining valuable hours toward your certification and enhancing your skills for future advancement.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within one year of obtaining a master’s degree

- Completion or progress of supervision hours as per BACB requirements

- Necessary certification, registration, and/or licensure as mandated by local laws for delivering behavioral treatment

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide your team and clients

- Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) who undergo competency-based training

- Prepare reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources

- Participate in monthly regional meetings for continuous training and supervision

- Conduct regular training sessions for parents and caregivers

- Prioritize the safety of clients and all involved parties

- Consult with clients, providing ongoing program direction and maintenance

- Analyze behavioral data and make informed, data-driven decisions

- Facilitate the ongoing implementation of teaching strategies

- Ensure timely and accurate execution of program directives from the senior clinical team

- Deliver tailored, person-centered care grounded in the principles of assent-based treatment
