Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Senior Financial Analyst who will be instrumental in assisting our business partners in understanding and influencing performance metrics.

The selected candidate will deliver precise, actionable, and timely financial reporting while pinpointing risks and opportunities, along with appropriate mitigation strategies. This role will also act as the subject matter expert for the respective Global Business Units.

This hands-on position is vital to our global operations, offering the chance to engage regularly at local, regional, and global levels.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the monthly closing process, including reconciliation and variance analysis.
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and relevant reporting and analysis of performance against historical, budgeted, and forecasted results to support decision-making aimed at enhancing profitability and reducing costs.
  • Propose solutions for negative variances and communicate projected trends to the management team.
  • Oversee quarterly forecasting, annual financial planning, and other tactical planning for the respective Global Business Units.
  • Present monthly results to senior executives.
  • Facilitate the setup and support of capital equipment requests.
  • Engage in additional analytical projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance or an advanced degree with 2+ years of FP&A experience.
  • Ability to conduct research, perform data analysis, and resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting financial topics to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in FP&A.
  • Collaborative team player with strong analytical thinking; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Tableau.
  • Experience with financial reporting tools (Hyperion, EPM, Power BI, etc.).
