Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and customer service to end-users via phone and other communication channels.
  • Resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a Help Desk or technical support role.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and Office 365, Windows 7/10, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with DNS, DHCP, and mobile devices (iPhone and Android).
  • Basic understanding of Multi-Factor Authentication and patching experience.
  • Reimaging experience and knowledge of Google G-Suite, SCCM, and Azure certifications a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
