- Facility Management: Maintain a clean and organized facility, including basic cleaning and stocking of goods.
- Financial Transactions: Process financial transactions, including accounts receivable and basic sales transactions.
- Special Events: Assist with special events and seasonal projects as needed.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an office, sales, or reception position.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in email and G-Suite/Google applications.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move around the facility.
- Availability: Availability to work afternoons and evenings until 9:00pm.
