Nurse Care Specialist

About the Role:
DaVita is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.
- Work closely with PCTs to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is preferred but not required.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
