About the Role

Hartford Healthcare (HHC) is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our thriving adult medicine practice in Norwich, CT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients.
  • Develop plans for further evaluation of health needs, including referrals to other health team members or specialists.
  • Provide appropriate treatment for problems within the scope of the provider's practice as designated by protocols and identify problems outside of their scope of practice and refer appropriately to physician.

Requirements

  • Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
  • APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA training
  • At least two years of post-graduate experience as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA)
