Field Service Representative

Job Description Summary
Take on a challenging role with Daher, a leading aircraft manufacturer and industry equipment supplier. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to customers, solving in-service issues, and analyzing technical problems. You will also be responsible for following up with domestic distributors and service centers, ensuring proper standardization and providing training and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers, directly and via the distributor and service center network.
  • Solve in-service issues, via troubleshooting utilizing Technical Trouble Reports (TTR), in-service data and other available troubleshooting data.
  • Analyze technical issues and generate reports to distribute them to relevant organizations using the most expeditious means of communication.
  • Follow up with domestic distributors and service centers, ensuring proper standardization and providing training and support.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience as an avionics technician, engineer supporting avionics, TBM technician or aviation emergency response.
  • Good technical knowledge of Daher products, including airframe, engine, propeller, and avionics.
  • Avionics and electrical system knowledge required.
  • Knowledge of Garmin suites and avionics training certificate preferable.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency using Microsoft applications to provide analytical reports and presentations is a must.
