Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Oakwood Residential Facility, an Intermediate Care Facility providing residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. The LPN will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and meet the unique needs of each resident.

In exchange for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary, starting at $21.88 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits, including healthcare, PTO, and more.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Licenses: KY Licensure or compact
  • Certification: AHA BLS
  • Experience: New graduates accepted
