Job Summary:
This role involves providing basic patient care as delegated and supervised by a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. You will assist patients with personal care activities, such as toileting, bathing, grooming, eating, and ambulation.

You will report abnormal findings or changes in patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Additionally, you will maintain patient rooms and common areas, ensuring they are stocked, clean, and orderly.

Responsibilities:
- Provide basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by a RN/LPN
- Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living
- Report abnormal findings or changes in patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff
- Maintain patient rooms and common areas, ensuring they are stocked, clean, and orderly

Requirements:
- Six months to one year's C.N.A. experience preferred
- Rehabilitation experience preferred

Qualifications:
- Current Kentucky CNA certification with current listing on the Kentucky Board of Nursing Nurse Aide Registry
- American Heart Association BLS certificate or obtained within 90 days after hire date

Salary:
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
