About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts Administrator to join our team at ExecuSource. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, handling inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the spare parts sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer requests and inquiries for spare parts
  • Prepare and send customer quotes, handle offer requests
  • Process orders in ERP, confirm orders, and manage delivery follow-ups
  • Coordinate logistics, returns, and address claims related to spare parts
  • Work closely with the financial team to manage customer payment terms
  • Handle non-conformity issues and resolve customer concerns
  • Leverage customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or industrial retail (spare parts preferred)
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus) and Excel
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Degree preferred but experience will be considered in place of formal education
