The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in preserving our leadership position and shaping our growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with an emphasis on writing and a keen sense of attention to detail, while being very proficient in time-management, math, and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ability to work across departments to assemble materials and manage the proposal process from start to delivery, including researching, writing, and organizing information in a professional and credible manner.
  • Use of AI tools (e.g., Chat GPT and other AI tools) to create RFP's (Request for Proposal) or RFQ (Request for Qualifications).
  • Research, manage, or assemble materials (MPR's – minimum project requirements, resumes, government documentation, project photos, etc.).
  • Revise RFP or RFQ per feedback from Management.
  • Prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
  • Track and input opportunities, activities, and documentation into CRM systems.
  • Participating in weekly meetings.
  • Collaborate with the team to grow, manage, and improve the customer acquisition process.
  • Assist with other business development/marketing functions, as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Bachelor's preferred.
  • 1 year exposure to sales and marketing initiatives within the foodservice/hospitality/foodservice equipment manufacturing industry preferred, or 3 years general sales, marketing, or administrative responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Use of Google (or similar) to research. Exposure to BlueBeam Revu/Adobe, InDesign, and/or Canva a plus.
