About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing our most valued customers and identifying opportunities to drive sales and profitability. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits from key accounts
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Handle customer needs and requests, provide presentations on new products and services, and answer questions on products and company offerings
  • Meet or exceed sales and profit budget targets
  • Collaborate with the financial department to resolve claims and other issues
Requirements
  • 1+ years of related experience required
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP)
