Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license is mandatory. An Associate's Degree is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in a call center or healthcare setting is advantageous. Familiarity with Microsoft software, EMR systems, medical terminology, and healthcare processes is essential. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures is also beneficial.
