Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team of managers and team members, focusing on recruitment, training, and development.
  • Restaurant Operations: Direct the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, quality food, and a clean and safe environment.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing labor costs.
  • Inventory Management: Plan, prepare, and oversee weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories and budgets.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison with all store vendors and HQ contacts, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of any issues.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or above in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Commitment: Willingness to make a minimum 3-year commitment to their home store.
  • Skills: Proven track record of success in restaurant operations, team management, and financial management.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds; ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.
