Your Role as an Account Executive

You'll engage new B2B customers in the Greater Spokane area, focusing on selling Service Agreements to commercial buildings. You'll identify, sell, and negotiate HVAC service maintenance contracts, assessing customers' current costs and preparing customized sales proposals to reduce their expenses. As an Account Executive, you'll also negotiate contract renewal increases or changes, form in-depth partnerships with customers, and promote and sell other services MacDonald-Miller offers if they suit the customer's needs.
