We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our studios located on the West Side of Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relations, facilities, and front desk staff team, including front desk scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful connections with clients, providing superior hospitality and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
  • Work with marketing on events and promotional efforts to drive new client acquisition and retention.
  • Build and lead a positive, productive, and supportive team, executing onboarding and offboarding procedures, training, and development.
  • Oversee day-to-day functions, maintain facilities standards, and coordinate maintenance with third-party vendors.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and perform month-end reconciliation.
Requirements:
  • 2-year management and supervisory experience.
  • Self-starter with strong managerial and people skills, ability to multi-task, delegate, and think/react quickly.
  • Availability for evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
