Job Summary

As a Front Desk Manager at Marriott, you will be responsible for administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis. This role involves directing and working with managers and employees to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and maximize financial performance of the department.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Supervise and manage employees, providing guidance and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
What We Offer

Marriott offers a competitive salary range of $66,000 to $81,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
