Job Summary:
The Pilot Company is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across the country. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and growth
  3. Deliver high-quality sales presentations to secure new business and expand existing relationships
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process changes
  5. Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues
  6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • High School diploma required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Two years of telemarketing sales experience or three years of telesales experience

Salary:$55,000 - $75,000 per year
Location:This role operates nationwide, with flexibility to travel to other locations as needed.
