Business Growth Specialist

The Pilot Company is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across the country. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and growth
- Deliver high-quality sales presentations to secure new business and expand existing relationships
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process changes
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Two years of telemarketing sales experience or three years of telesales experience
