Position: Inventory Management Coordinator - OES Equipment

The Inventory Management Coordinator is an essential member of the Procurement team, concentrating on ensuring data precision and fostering communication with internal departments. Key responsibilities encompass the creation and upkeep of item identifiers, overseeing pricing modifications, and facilitating dialogue regarding item-specific updates. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities, advanced Excel skills, and relevant experience within the Construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and sustain item identifiers
  • Collaboratively manage pricing modifications
  • Oversee Item Request documentation
  • Communicate updates to internal departments
  • Contribute to product lifecycle oversight
  • Engage in team discussions
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication capabilities
  • Experience with Microsoft software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Construction sector
  • Familiarity with Construction products
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Coupa, Rental Man
