Position Summary:

Niktor LLC is dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for laboratory services, support, and supply management. Our tailored service offerings and expert personnel are equipped to meet the unique operational needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct on-site inventory replenishments and distributions.
  2. Perform stockroom tasks including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, maintaining stock rotation, and conducting cycle counts as per client specifications.
  3. Execute laboratory services such as processing glassware, managing biological waste, and reconciling chemical inventory.
  4. Deliver direct shipment orders to end users and ensure timely delivery of necessary items.
  5. Utilize computer systems to adhere to standard operating procedures.
  6. Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding customer inquiries and potential issues.
  7. Address customer concerns effectively within established timeframes.
  8. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: Preferred 0-1 year of experience in a laboratory environment. Customer service experience is also beneficial.

Skills and Abilities: Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
