Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical product support to end users and provide on-site assistance during surgical procedures.
  • Utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative scans for integration with our navigation technologies, aiding surgeons in both preoperative planning and intra-operative guidance.
  • Educate physicians and hospital staff, including operating room personnel, on the navigation system, instruments, and software applications.
  • Generate accurate complaint reports in accordance with our quality system requirements.
  • Resolve product-related issues for customers promptly.
  • Ensure case coverage at various accounts.
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies to enhance the utilization of navigation technologies.
  • Promote the clinical advantages of our products and cultivate strong relationships with key surgeons and operating room staff.
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to enhance communication regarding product performance.
  • Obtain purchase orders for products used during surgical procedures and maintain records of case coverage purchase orders.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to advocate for the clinical benefits of our products and drive account growth.
  • Facilitate product evaluations in both operating room and office environments.
  • Identify opportunities to engage in cross-divisional labs for product education.
  • Assist in converting competitive physicians to utilize our products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 6 years of equivalent clinical experience.
  • Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Availability for off-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business operations.
