We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Diedre Moire Corp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and integrate manufacturing processes for small plastic components to improve quality, efficiency, and output.
  • Select materials based on their resilience to heat, vibration, electricity, corrosive gases, and mechanical stress.
  • Recommend the purchase of new equipment to meet new requirements.
  • Train process and setup technicians as well as molding equipment operators to verify new or updated processes are performed correctly.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with utilizing Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (pFMEA), and statistical controls in process design and optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
